Reasonable Exceptions:
Special Orders, such as Custom Made Items, Roll Runners or Carpet Runners, Shag Rugs and Wall to Wall Carpeting cannot be exchanged or returned. All Returns or Exchanges must be completed within 15 days of arrival.
Undeliverable items, If for any reason an item is undeliverable or refused there will be a 20% restocking fee for the item(s) and all shipping costs will be charged to the customer. Please use the correct spelling of your address, and mention any special instructions.
Damaged Goods, All items that are returned or exchanged will be inspected by the supplier for damage. Items that might have been used, or soiled, pet hair or any contaminants on it. The Item(s) that are received by us must be in New Condition.
